The kids did annual Stanford testing all week so by Friday they were kind of all done. So we decided to take a day off from formal academics. But the learning never ends. :)
Yesterday Rowan learned some of the finer points of basic physical principals. Trajectory, gravity, inertia, combustion, and no doubt more.

Actuality, Mike was slightly off, this WAS Jenny's birdbath.
For you folks that are looking carefully, no that wasn't the tree that took out the birdbath, it was the next one, it was the only photo I took of one coming down though. :)

It was nice to work together and get so much done. Mike isn't often home for the day. We are heading for round 2 either today or after church tomorrow. Should have about a cord and a half of oak to let season by the time we're done.
