I am not a particularly creative cook. Sometimes I can pull a rabbit out of my hat and make something fabulous without even breathing heavy; but mostly I find myself staring at a package of raw meat that I have remembered to thaw and being utterly uninspired.
Why can't there be cookbooks that work with my strengths? Something like...
You Thawed Chicken, Now What?
Or a nice series along that vein, a whole "You Thawed" set, like "You Thawed Pork", burger, steak, you get the idea.
Or my personal favorite, "You Forgot to Thaw Something, Now What?"
Just a thought.
